This package gets you a 1/2 side of beef. Your side can be cut to your specifications, but the cuts below are representative of what is usually included.  in the approximate 135 lbs. of beef.

OPTION 2: Pay $250 deposit online at checkout. Remaining balance of $400.00 paid at pick up. 

How it works detail:

1. Decide which package best fits your family, whether its 1/4 beef bundle or a whole steer.
2. Check out online or call 
3. Pay in full, or pay a $250 deposit and pay in full when you pick up (for half and whole bundles only).
4. Limited quantities of Quarter and Half Shares available for delivery in 2-4 weeks,
5. Give us 2-4 weeks to process and prepare orders of 1/8 and 1/4 shares, 4 – 6 weeks for orders of 1/2 to whole shares; we’ll make sure to give you a call when it’s ready.
6. Come to Peppergrass Farms and pick up your order.

The Half Beef Bundle is about 8 boxes (see example in photo). It will fit inside a large chest freezer (about 10 cubic feet)

Congrats!  You are going home with a whole animal, aka two sides of beef. Whole animals are cut to your specifications. The cuts below are representative of what you might select, but each order is uniquely chosen by you. Included is about 450 lbs of beef. The Whole Beef package is about 16-27 boxes (see example in photo). It will fit inside two large chest freezers (about 20-25 cubic feet)
